AYER -- After digesting a hearty Thanksgiving meal, the Ayer Shirley Regional boys and girls indoor track and field teams wasted no time burning off those turkey day calories, as on Monday, both teams, along with the rest of the winter sports, began their seasons with the first practice of the 2021-22 winter campaign.

AYER -- With indoor track and field just around the corner, it is a good time to look back at the last time the Ayer Shirley Regional boys track athletes took to the field last spring to help gear up for this upcoming season. The Panther boys finished a perfect 5-0 and captured the Mid Wach E regular-season title (with no league championship meet occurring).

FITCHBURG – For Ayer-Shirley Regional graduate, Stephanie Hart, she didn’t have to travel very far to find a place that feels like home.

AYER – Let no obstacle stand in the way of your dreams. Earlier this week inside the Ayer-Shirley Regional High School Gym, the Unified Basketball teams from Ayer-Shirley and Lunenburg put the finishing touches on the 2021 fall season.
